Epub Translator processes your email, name, sign-in records, uploaded books, translation results and usage to provide the service and investigate problems. Google sign-in shares basic identity information; we do not request access to Gmail or Google Drive. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect requests.

The website and database use Railway, domain traffic passes through Cloudflare, and verification emails use Resend. Book content is sent to the configured model provider during translation. These services may process data outside your country or region. Only upload content you have permission to process and are comfortable sharing with these services.

You can delete books from your library; their files are removed in the background. Contact the operator to request account deletion or ask about data processing. We may retain limited records to troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Changes to this policy will be published on this page.
