Questions
- What is Credit?
- Credit is the unit for whole-book translation. Before each book starts you see a fixed Credit quote, and it does not change with actual model usage.
- Does unused subscription Credit roll over?
- No. Subscription Credit is valid for its billing period, and annual plans grant Credit month by month. Credit packs never expire. Subscription Credit is always used first.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel any time from Billing in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Within 14 days of a payment, you can get a full refund if none of the Credit from that payment has been used. See the refund policy for details. Refund policy
- What if a translation fails?
- If we ultimately can't deliver a book, its full Credit charge is returned to your balance automatically.
- How do I pay?
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Invoices and payment methods are managed in Billing.
